返品・返金ポリシー

天然木を使用した一点物のため、お客様都合による返品・交換・返金はお受けしておりません。

商品に重大な破損、または誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

スムーズな確認および対応のため、商品のお受け取りから開封完了まで、動画を途切れなく撮影してください。

破損や配送ミスによる交換・返金をご希望の場合は、開封動画をご提供いただく必要があります。

開封動画がない場合や、商品の状態を確認できない場合は、交換・返金の対応をお受けできない場合があります。

Refund Policy

All of our products are one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces made from natural wood. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to personal preference or change of mind.

If your order arrives with significant damage or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To facilitate a prompt and fair resolution, please record a continuous, unedited video from before opening the package until the unboxing is completed.

If you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund due to shipping damage or an incorrect item, you must provide the complete unboxing video showing the package in its unopened condition through the entire unboxing process.

If the unboxing video cannot be provided, or if the original condition of the package and product cannot be verified, we reserve the right to decline your request for a return, exchange, or refund.
